Do you ship worldwide?
Most of my products can be shipped anywhere in the world. There are some larger items that are manufactured in the US, so I don’t make worldwide delivery available by default because of their high shipping costs, but this is always mentioned in the product description. If you don’t find your country among the countries listed, it doesn’t mean that I don’t ship to there, it just means that shipping is more expensive than the average shipping cost calculated into the price of the products. Feel free to drop me a line and I’ll check the shipping costs there.
How long will my order take?
US ~ 10-14 business days from the ship date
CA ~ 10-14 business days from the ship date
EU ~ 10-14 business days from the ship date
AUS ~ 10-14 business days from the ship date
OTHER ~ 10-30 business days from the ship date
Why is my package delayed?
Most orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of your purchase, but it can go up to 10. There may be some delays when there is a sudden, large influx of orders. Also during holidays please expect delays as the number of orders are slightly higher than usual.
I accidentally put the wrong shipping address on my order!
Your order will be sent to production automatically 1 hour after it has been placed. If you need to change your shipping details or cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible.
I received a wrong or damaged product, can I return it?
If you encounter any issues with your order, such as damage during shipping or receiving the wrong item, please contact me and I will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Returns or exchanges are not available, because all items are made to order.
The package shows as delivered but I haven’t received it!
Please pay special attention to the tracking link I send you. Usually, the phone number or email address is not on the shipping label, so you may not receive a notification that your package has arrived. However, your tracking number contains all the information you need to get in touch with your local post office to check the status of your package.
What should I do if my package is lost?
The local delivery services are responsible for the package from the moment it arrives in your country until it is delivered, so you should contact them in such cases. Please understand that I have little control over another country’s delivery service and their work moral, so I cannot take responsibility for them.
